Hi there! I’m Lindsey Shunkwiler, proud owner of The Forum Lincoln – a gathering space designed for community, celebration, and connection. Hosting has always been something I’ve loved, and creating a place where others can come together without the stress of prepping and cleaning their own home? That’s exactly why The Forum came to life.

No more rearranging furniture or deep-cleaning your living room to make space for guests. At The Forum, you’ll find a warm, welcoming atmosphere that’s ready for your event the moment you walk through the door.

When my husband, Brett, and I purchased this building in the summer of 2023, we immediately saw the potential. Brett runs Shunkwiler Financial out of part of the space and often holds educational workshops on topics like Social Security and life insurance. We quickly realized there was a gap in Lincoln for mid-sized venues—spaces that weren’t too big, weren’t too small, and were still affordable. That’s when the vision for The Forum really took shape.
